I have taken many classes over the years and combine my years of experience with these classes to give you an individual massage that will meet your needs. I have been an Registered Nurse for many years, that was my first profession. I have an extensive understanding of how the body works and moves. I help increase your awareness of what you might be doing in your movements to add stress to your body. I might suggest stetching exercises that might help you feel better. My services are $65.00/ hour and $45.00 for a 1/2 hour.
